A few months back we had our attention on a young St. Louis native SZA after checking up on things regularly we had the pleasure to see she was releasing a brand new EP. Complex premièred See SZA Run EP yesterday and we’ve had it on constant repeat since then.
SZA has the energy and charm to create soulful, sexy music, in which leads us best to compare her as a female Weeknd counterpart. Bed is the biggest highlight for me, it’s reminiscent of 90’s hip-hop but brought forward to 2012. Production comes from Top Notch, APSuperProducer, Brandun Deshay & Dot.
